Husband's family is okay ...lucky escape!
Got a phone call early this morning from my sister-inlaw to say have you seen the news. We said no obviously and she sent us the link to this.
She was not home at the time but her hubby was sitting in the lounge room. Usually he would be looking after the grand kids while Mum and Daughter play netball but they were not there luckily or it could have been much worse.
Apparently the guy just skid off the highway in the wet about 6.00pm last night and came ploughing through the back yard took out their bedroom and landed on their veranda.
Noone was seriously hurt luckily but what a mess!
Good news is the guy is insured and they will get a brand new veranda and bedroom.
You just never know when someone is going to drop by unexpected.
