Sorry unfortunately my Getting Started Online workshop in February is sold out. The good news is that I will be running another one on Saturday 23 May 2008.

The workshops are small (only 12-15 per workshop) because it allows a lot more hands-on, face-to-face personalised learning and interaction which is how I like to learn myself and how I like to teach.

These workshops are really cheap I usually charge $495.00pp. But I believe in giving back to the community so I have organised to run workshops for the Mosman Community College in Sydney to help people get started, especially those who are doing it tough in the current economic situation.

What have I been up to?

Have I mentioned to you about the importance of letting your business morph with you. Well I am going through this phase at the moment. While I was busily getting ready for my workshop this week I came across this ebook, which I had seen before, but had never been in the right stage of my business to feel the need to purchase it.

What was the ebook?

It was called how to Get Google Ads Free.

Now as you have probably guessed the name is quite deceiving. But I new that before I even purchased the product. But I did want to know about the strategy that was obviously contained within to be able to make such a bold statement. Because no-one can actually get free Google adword campaigns or Google would go bust. But the strategy used allows you to actually cover your Google costs and it is very brilliant indeed.

Anyway I digressed a little. Although I am planning on implementing these strategies for my marketing campaigns, this one ebook gave me the most amazing idea. One that I am so excited about, but unfortunately can't tell you much more until I do some more research.

So Why Is Morphing A Must For Any Business?

Because if you define your business by your business plan, or first original idea, then you are leaving more profitable ideas and opportunities on the table. Pammieb.com is still morphing and is now building to be so much bigger than first anticpated, purely through being open to new ideas and opportunities that have presented themselves since launching back in October 08. I have chosen to move with the direction my target audience are leading me.

My Advice

Let your target audience direct your business model. Don't expect your target audience to fit into your plan or you will spend a lot of money convincing them to buy from you, instead of them begging you for more. (Every business owner's dream).

Anyway, I only got this idea at 3am Wednesday night after only reading 40 pages of the Get Google Ads Free ebook. (Hubby was not happy, I had to wake him and tell him all about it).

I have been trying to get my husband to jump onboard one of my online business models for the last 3 years. But there has not been one that he has had any interest in until now. He was so excited that he is actually helping me create my mindmap, do my market research and business model based around my target audience's WANTS.

Notice how I said WANTS not NEEDS. If you want to make money online here is a quick tip.

People spend more money on things they WANT and can't afford, then they ever do on what they NEED!

Let me give you an easy example.

"We need a new washing machine honey".
"Okay darling, but have you seen that there is a Plasma TV special on at Harvey Norman this weekend"
"Your right, Desperate Housewives will look so much better on Plasma, lets go!"

WANTS, will win over NEEDS every time.

Well, that is all from me this week because I am absolutely frantic and excited I cannot sit still long enough to write much more. So much happening, very exciting and if you want to learn how I come up with these ideas and help other people come up with theirs, then you can do one of two things.
